Review summary

This is the worst cruise experience I have ever had. The food was terrible, I bought a $25 Fun Book that was a rip off, there was a lack of communication and the disembarkment was chaotic. Never again on the Conquest.

The food in the main dining room was cold. We ate there 2 nights and the only items that were hot was my steak which I had to send back because it was not well done and the other was the chocolate cake. The food on the buffet was also cold. The omelette, boiled eggs and the turkey were the only item hot. We had to pay for food at the seafood shack in order to get hot food. This is the first cruise where I didn’t overeat. I was very disappointed.

We found the opposite, appreciated the variety of options on this ship, and thought they were especially good for size of ship. We are everywhere except buffet, and it was great!

You used to get that coupon book for free if u attended one of the shopping presentations. Interesting. Guys burgers and the 24/7 pizza make it all worth it to me no matter what the dinning room or buffets r doin 😃

I am on it Nov 4th. Hurricane 🌀 aside.. I hear a lot of complaints about the food on cruises. I guess I was having so much fun doing other things I never noticed. I will be more observant this time. Thanks for the post..

It's the book you can buy from the shopping expert that has all the coupons in it for free things in port. My mother in law won one at the shopping show. I would probably never purchase one, but it was ok because she got it for free. That said, sorry you had such a miserable time on the Conquest. Our family had the totally opposite experience on the Conquest. We loved it so much! The food was great, the staff was outstanding, the ship was clean, etc. I could go on and on. Wouldn't hesitate to take another cruise on the Conquest
