Review summary
Cruise was great! We loved mat, the cruise director. He hosted most of the shows and entertainment. Funny guy!! Dinner was great. If you miss dinner you still have other food options. Most of the staff was welcoming. Our rooms where serviced at least twice a day which is a plus!! There are plenty of raffles to join for chances to win goodies. There was only one thing that really bothered us. At half moon cay, we asked a bartender to ass just a little more liquor to our drinks. They where a little weak. And the way he came off, we felt was just a little rude. He stated your on vacation, not me. Then a bartender by the name Yula, who I assumed was maybe a supervisor cause of the different shirts, said loudly, “that’s the way these drinks are made, if you don’t like it, I can void it and you can go to another bar” I just think it was very unprofessional. We only ask for “a little more Bacardi in 1 of the two drinks that we purchased. We weren’t asking for free liquor. It’s the least we’d expect after spending over 300 dollars on drinks. Usually a bartender would fix your drink to your likings. But instead we ended up paying for shots. Which is totally fine. She just should approach her guest with such an attitude. There is definitely a different way to go about it.Embarkation
