Review summary

No wow factor, my biggest disappointment was the captain dinner I thought we was having, there was no lobster night, and no one on each floor to give good directions of the ship

You should have done your homework before boarding. They publish deck plans all over the place. Study them and learn your ship beforehand. Don't blame them for not doing your homework.

You need to take a longer Cruise for the lobster dinner. It's usually with a formal night.

There's signs and maps on each floor if you look. There's no such thing as a captain dinner. They do have lobster on the cruise elegant night however. Perhaps you missed that.

Was the cruise less than 5 days? I know they took lobster off on the shorter cruises.
