Review summary

A good time and will probably do it again. Just need more drink servers. I paid a lot of money for drinks and didn't get my moneys worth. Who wants to spend 15 min standing at a bar waiting for a drink? I want to relax.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
I bought a faster to the fun pass which made this a breeze.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
I actually skipped breakfast one day because the lines were so long and the dining rooms were too crowded. I had to get up early to eat without hassle. The food was ok, not great but good. In order to get a soda, we would often have to stand at one of the overcrowded, understaffed bars for several minutes up to twenty minutes. By the time we returned to our meal, it was cold. If you got your drink first you could put it on a table and hope the table didn't get bussed clean before you got back or try to carry it with you through the Buffett line which was difficult to do.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
There were 3 pools on board. One was adult only so my 16 year old daughter couldn't use it. One was by the slide and swamped with kids (and was actually a little yellow!) and the third was so incredibly crowded it was difficult to even get in it. If you could get in, you are sure to be kicked and bumped into constantly by little kids paying no attention to what they were doing.

Entertainment

Did not see any shows

Children's Programs

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Everyone on the ship was fantasticly nice except for the overworked bartenders who didn't even have time to smile. Getting drinks was such a pain.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Everything was always very clean. My one complaint was more about design. There were times it was difficult getting back and forth on the ship because the close down the passage ways on decks 3&4 during the dining hours.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Cabin was small for four adults but we managed. Our steward kept it very clean and comfortable

Ship tip

Unless you're a drunk, don't waste your money on the cheers package or the bubbles package because it was too hard to get drinks.

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
I felt like cattle but it went fairly smoothly
