Overall a fun cruise for the entire family. I was Just really surprised from the level of service given. I always have enjoyed carnival ships over other cruise lines and will take another cruise with them again.

Everyone (employee) we came in contact with asked for tips while handling our bags. We gave tips assuming extra care would be taken. Not only did our bags come extremely late I had to go to the elevators where my bags were left unattended and get them myself. SMH!

Food and drinks were what you would expect however it would be nice to be able to assume that when ordering the same drink from a different bar on the ship you would receive the same thing.

Some of the staff were surprisingly rude. Never in a million years would I expect that on a carnival ship. My husband gave the excuse that they were probably exhausted after a long summer but I don't by it. I had one incident at the front desk that I didn't think was a big deal however the service clerk wanted to debate with me. When I asked for a supervisor he then took care of my concern stating that there was miscommunication.

For the age of the ship and the amount of annual guest ship was in great condition. Extremely clean.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was fine. Bed sheets were stained.
Ship tip
For late night snacks don't forget about room service. Room service has great options outside of pizza.
Time for port was decreased by Carnival no explanation given. Only six hours for visit with excursions. We felt rushed and couldn't really enjoy the island.

Hint: If your able, carry out your own bags. Also use the passport app for quicker disembarkation I wasn't fortunate enough to be aware that this existed in advance.
