Review summary
We had to stand in longer than usual lines to check-in to get our sail-in-sign cards and aboard the ship. Nobody told us what the hold up was. We stood for hours to the point my 67 year old mother passed out and had to have wheel chair assistance. On the second day of the cruise, my daughter had a fever so I was giving her medicine and asked if I could get some chicken broth and they told me that I would have to go see the medical doctor in order to get the broth. There was no need to see a doctor when she was already taking medicine and just needed broth to keep from dehydration. After I went to guest services upset and crying the representative (NaTasha) called room service to get it authorized.
Lastly, towards the end of the cruise I was able to enjoy myself a little and took some pictures with my family. I went to review the photos and one of the representatives by the name Alroy accused me of taking pictures with my phone and started shouting at me in front of my child and other cruise guest saying, "I'm not blind you are taking pictures with your phone." He became very aggressive with me and I told him to get out of my personal space. I advised him that I was not taking a picture with my phone. Now grated my phone was in my hand but it was not on. I have never been so humiliated in my life. This is my fifth cruise and I always spend a lot of money on board. I have no reason to steal. I have never experienced anything like this on any other cruise. It only takes a few bad apples to spoil a bunch. In my case, I came in contact with too many bad apples. Very disappointed with this cruise.
