Review summary

NO HOT WATER FOR THE LEGNTH OF THE CRUISE. SPOKE TO STEWARD THREE TIMES TO NO AVAIL. EXTREMELY NOISEY PPL CRASHING INTO STATEROOM DOORS AT ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT. OVERCHARGED ON DRINKS!! VERY POOR GETTING PPL BACK ON TO THE SHIP AFTER AN EXCURSION. I HAVE CRUISED CARNIVAL 5 TIMES AND SEEMS TO BE THE QUALITY OF THE CRUISES IS GOING DOWN HILL. WHEN YOU CUT BACK TO MUCH YOU LOOSE CLIENTAL.!!! WILL NOT BE CRUISING ON THIS LINE AGAIN FOR QUITE A WHILE.

I sense that phogasian is very upset over their experience. Carnival is a very festive atmosphere. There are other cruise lines that offer a more relaxing escape. There are many choices out there so do your self a favor and try another cruise line, Carnival will survive without you! No disrespect to you phogasian🙀🙀🙀🙀

It's really very simple. It lends credibility, some rational professionalism, along with a bit of intelligence to the ops complaint. Instead it is a rambling rant in all capital letters that few will care about.

If you were overcharged for drinks you ordered, you should have pointed out that issue before you signed the receipt. But yes, you should have brought all this to the attention of guest services. Writing with proper punctuation and paragraphs helps too.
