Guest Services / Shore Excursions on Carnival Conquest

Everyone I encountered at the Shore Excursions desk were very helpful. Took care of my needs quickly. Guests services may have been busy, but they were always kind and helpful. I never really had much of an issue so I just waited to go when the line was down or there was no line at all.

Guest services were so very helpful and courteous.

No staff to stand near lines to see if they even need to stand there. Most of time cruiser would wait 30 minutes just to be told to use the app or go to kiosk leaving them upset and angry.

The beaches were amazing and herman in the Belize cave tubing was the best and most knowladgeable tour guide!
