Overall very nice time. Ports were clean and felt safe, however we were with a guide each time.

since it was my first cruise I have nothing to compare it too outside of others experiences but for me everything seemed to be very organized and ran smoothly

Only made it for breakfast in main dining but it was good, specialty restaurants were very good, Cucina del Capitano was delicious, Chi-Bang very good as well, Guy's Burgers delicious, Guy's Pig and Anchor good but portions were smaller then expected, BlueIguana Cantina was ON POINT-so fresh and delicious, Big Chicken always a win, and Emeril's topped my favorite meal with waffle and beignets fresh and hot! The buffet, not a fan at all. Omelet station was very good. Last but not least the ice cream stations are a must!

Service at the Red Frog needs some work, long wait time and drinks not as good as other bars-- I often walked to other end of ship for better drinks and service. My room steward Holick was AWESOME! Restaurant wait staff was great.

For a first timer the ship can be overwhelming as it is quite large but any area I was in always was clean, however I know it's hard but mopping over peoples feet was a bit much.

The balcony was amazing! Room overall was very comfortable in size, storage and cleanliness. The only trouble I had was falling in the crack of the bed while sleeping LOL. Overall very quiet and relaxing.
Ship tip
Be prepared to walk ALOT, from one end to the other for different venues.
As much as the staff tried to keep things moving by departure times, people just go whenever they wanted and caused quite the "traffice jam". I feel like if you check your bags to get on, you should check your bags to get off as that seemed to be the biggest issue. If you have an early flight and need to keep your luggage there should be some other system for those folks (proof of flight, designated departure area/time)
