Review summary

It was a fun time for us as a family. We had a great time away. I would encourage you not to concentrate so much on making money. You dont have to nickel and dime everything. You can provide complimentary internet even just for texting. You can provide pop and juices it's covered in the money you are already making.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
The embarkation was pretty smooth. As soon as our Uber dropped us off there was someone there to tag our luggage. I side the line was moving well. Considering the amount of people, it was a pretty smooth embarkation.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The quality of the food on certain nights was not high quality. I like my food piping hot and most nights it was warm. The mashed potato you could tell it was the kind that came from a box. Having said all that our sever Alfred was AMAZING. He did a good job remembering our kids names and getting to know us. In my opinion he deserves to be a lead. Very kind and provided exceptional service. John was amazing. He remembered when I came in that I liked my water at room temperature with no ice. The fast food was great. The pizza place, and our fav sporte Big Chicken.

Onboard Activities

The pool was great just super congested.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The shows were great! The cruise cruise director Leon was fantastic. Our favorite cousin! Really enjoyed Deal or no Deal, Family feud and took in one of the performance. I think it was called color my world.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
Our kids had a brilliant time. Both my 16 year old and my 10yr old. Best children's program I've seen on a cruise after having sailed both Royal Caribbean and Disney.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The staff we encountered were very helpful. Ferdinand was amazing. Always has a smile on his face and willing to help. Alfred is a keeper, very dedicated. John is great. Archie was very nice. Prince greeted us warmly when we got on the ship. Ropafadzo was great with the kids program.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship design was brilliant. You could tell alot of thought had been put into the design and layout. The different themes for the restaurants, the ambience, the deco. Really well done. I loved that the design was modern and contemporary.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Ni Luh our housekeeper was the best. She made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Where you lay you head can make or break your vacation and she made ours superb.

Ship tip

It will be alot of fun. The disembarkation is traumatic to say the least.

Disembarkation

1 out of 5
By far the worst disembarkation of all my 3 cruises. It was pure chaos, so disorganized. There cannot be one single line to disembark for a ship that size. The same way embarkation was run should be similar to disembarkation. Please find a way to stop this madness.
