Review summary

Overall I believe the service onboard was lacking. The smaller ships the staff seem more personable accommodating and kind. I recommend if the same staff is sailing back to back cruises that you have a separate staff come onboard to clean between cruises so that its properly cleaned and the onboard staff get a break. The onboard staff seemed to be overworked on this larger ship. Also the staff needs to take accountability and stop acting like the customer is the problem.

We booked transportation thru Carnival from FLL to Miami and the bus was an hour late and we were concerned that we would have to carry our luggage with us if we missed the cut off time. There was no explanation for the delay and only 1 person checking in everyone for differ cruise ship transportation

My room was not swept between cruises still dirt on the floor. Housekeeping said it was clean until I had to complain for the second time for them to send a supervisor to inspect the room. The Customer Service desk representatives were not accommodating and refused to take accountability for miscommunication. My card was declined and they recommended that I withdraw cash and put it on my sign and sail account. I did just that and they said Oh I didn't know you were going to do it thru the machine I thought you would come back to the desk so not only did they have a hold on my credit card they applied my 300 cash credit to my balance. The room next to us was playing music loud on the balcony and smoking weed with the smell coming into our room. Two of the spa representatives offer me a deal of 75 min bamboo massage for $169.00 and told me I could apply what I already paid for the wellness plan to my massage but when I went to book it the manager told me he could not discount two services but then agreed to use my credit but only offered a 50 min massage instead and told me I was given incorrect info. When the spa representative spoke to the manager she told him she did not tell me that and my daughter was there to witness the entire situation. Again no one took accountability.

Only because my room was not clean when I arrived. The staff is extremely busy but its important to clean the room so that germs are not spread throughout the cruise

Big mistake we decided to take a tour with a local company. The bus was old moldy and leaked water all through the bus and even had a passenger sitting in a fold up chair in the front of the bus. He told us he hit a tree and that is why it was leaking but not just isolated to one area.
