Review summary
It was the best of times but not the worst of times. The ship and crew were excellent. The food was "high good" and favorable. Everyone seem to be enjoying themselves the entire trip. The not so good is on a ship this size it lacks that personal touch. The stewards are spread through the ship so you will end up having to go get your own drink at some point. This is not a big deal because it gives you the exercise you need to work off some of that food. The wait at the bar may be a little long, so have patience, and they will get to you. Waving a few bucks in your hand will help speed up the process. There is so much to see and do on this ship 7 days is still not enough.Embarkation

Ship tip
Be prepared for the long lines at the Burrito place and Guy's burger. Keep singles to tip those hard-working crew folks. Yes, it is okay to leave a tip for the dining staff in MDR

Amber Cove (Puerto Plata), Dominican Republic
