Review summary

The best I can say is its a fine cruise if you get it for a good deal but if given the chance to cruise with another cruise line I would take it.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
According to the staff there is was lunch time so there were very few workers available to do check in at the port

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
main dining was not a good experience. specialty restaurants were better. Buffets were ok but very repetitive.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Lots to do on the ship

Entertainment

3 out of 5
It seemed like they were trying to have too much going on at once. Less entertainment at the same time might help their ability to give better quality entertainment.

Children's Programs

didn't have our kids with us

Service and Staff

2 out of 5
Stateroom attendant was amazing but all else were sub par. Multiple instances were one person would tell us one thing then another person would say that was wrong and that the other dept. didn't know what they were talking about. I also reached out to a crew member about a cruiser who was bleeding profusely and they said they seemed fine and walked away.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
I didn't like the closed in model. I'm used to other cruise liners that allow you to walk outside easily on almost any floor. Might be a personal preference though.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
we got put in a handicap room so it was much bigger however the handicap features weren't able to be turned off which was annoying. Lights flash when phone rings. Doors close automatically and not quickly so you're always waiting for the doors to close. Bathroom had a foul water smell in the evenings when we would return from dinner and shows.
