The food was horrible for the first time on a carnival cruise Except for the restaurants around the lido area buffet never had anything good on it and the dinning room was so slow they were not ready for this size ship

The shows were horrible but the Lido music was really good I don’t make it to the comedy show so I can’t speak on it but we walked out of the shows because they were so bad they need to go back to the Motown review

The 15 and up places were great my grand daughter had a blast meet lots of people this was her first cruise and she still communicate with the kids she met

Service and Staff

The on star is only for dining room service and staff they were super slow and messed up half the table order but the red frog bar tenders were amazing we had a blast with them every night we cruised

The ship was very clean and it’s a beautiful ship the staff just not ready for something this big

They make the ships bigger but shrink the rooms non balcony room love the glass shower door but the bathroom is very small on this ship

We were on the march 3rd cruise Totally agree about the main dining room service being very slow . Buffet food was not great . Worst food I've had on any of our previous cruises. Also the worst service over all . Bar service was slow and most employees seemed bothered when you asked for something . Again we have never had issues like this on any cruise before . Hopefully it will be next time we cruise .
