Overall, it was a great first cruise with the family. The ease and service of the vacation was the best part. The excursions were a little busy and booked up to the max, so I am glad I only booked one excursion on the cruise. Go snorkeling in Saint Thomas. It was the best experience for our family.

I wish there was a designated poop for kids. Clearly adults don’t like being in pools where there are kids splashing around, and kids were told constantly not to splash or play by the lifeguards so it was very hard for my kids to enjoy the pool. If there were a designated kids pool, as there is a designated adults only pool, it would have been a lot easier to manage.

The shows and the performers were great. I liked watching the shows in the grand spectrum theater. The centerstage performances were harder to watch, as there was a lack of good seating.

The kids club was great for our kids however, we could not find our 12-year-old son on the last night when we were packing up our suitcases and trying to get them in the hallway before debarking. My husband went up to the kids club to find him and they told my husband that he had left. We searched all over the Lido deck and the upper levels, as well as the eighth and sixth levels to try to find him. After panicking for almost an hour, our son returned to our cabin and told us that he was at the kids club the whole time. There has to be a better system to let us know where he is. I believe it was an oversight that they thought he had already left. is there a computer system that shows when the kids signed himself out?

The size was great. Having a suite came with some extra perks like water in the cabin, priority embarkation and debarkation, robes, etc.
Ship tip
Don’t buy a bubbles up package. They have water and lemonade stations everywhere. Also note; this is a Pepsi product ship if that matters to any soda drinkers.
You need to use a second mode of communication. The Carnival app. has messager would have helped with this issue. Thanks for bringing this issue up. And thanks for sharing
