The ship is huge. There is a lot to see. Like most ships we stick to the same route. It was a little chilly over Christmas so the water activity's we're a no. Staff was great. Although tired and some let you know.
It was amazing. Crowded, Christmas was cool on the boat.
Embarkation

It was easy Breezy. Although they said they checked my son in but they had not. That only set us back 5 minutes. Then we were on the boat. Did our muster drill first and then explored.

The Italian place was our favorite. Chibang came in second. MDR was good on the nights we worked there. All of the staff was great.
We did have one morning that they forgot my omelet. My husband and son were done eating when it came out. I had asked right before it had come out to give my order to the next person. I drank a protein shake. It was all good. Every time we went back to the MDR they kept asking everyone good, do you need anything. I think they must of thought I was upset. But I was not at all. I believe the young lady must of been new. She did not know the table numbers. We have them all grace. It's a big ship, we all started somewhere.
Onboard Activities

Our son loved the ropes course when they could get on it. We loved the piano bar and the comedy shows.
Entertainment

What a talented group of young men and women. Although the circus show was unable to be preformed due to a rocky boat. The amount of dedication they put in to the shows was awesome. We were impressed
We loved misso at the piano bar. I think we were there 4-5 nights. He was funny and interactive.
The last night they did announcements. Birthdays anniversary's etc. it was our 10 year "gotcha date." That we adopted our son. Our names were on the board.
Children's Programs

The 12-14 group was were my kiddo was. He loved the independence of the group.
I was sad to here there was a fight with the older kids. They were able to get back on the ship since the parents cooperated and came back to Miami. But made me sad to have to hear the kids got so upset they turned to violence.
Service and Staff

Our room steward was awesome. We tried to keep our room as clean as possible. They all work so hard. We left him a nice tip and some wine.
We could tell some of the staff were tired. Some voiced it. The bartenders were overworked. It's been. Long season for them and the cruise director. They need more time off.
Ship Quality

It was a new ship. It was nice. The air conditioner didn't work on some of the elevators. We didn't take them that often but when we did they were hot.
The lay out was broke up nice.
Cabin / Stateroom

We were upgraded the week before we got in. To cabin 10470. Balcony. It was amazing. Always clean.
Only complaint the bathroom was very tiny.
Ship tip
Walking shoes. We averaged 5-8 miles a day. When at port 12-15 miles. It was a great way to move.
We did the sloth,monkeys and birds. It was so awesome. The people at the place we went was so knowledgeable. We
Disappointed in carnival and the ride they sent us. We did the assistant van. My husband is disabled. (No wheelchair) just needs a little help. The other family that went the father was using a wheelchair. The van company did not bring a wheelchair accessible van. They father could not go on the excursion. I felt horrible for them. His family went but they left him at the port. Do better.
