Review summary

Overall it was ok not sure if we will go on Carnival again. The Customer service station on the ship was small. The staff would walk away leaving one person at the desk with hundreds of people in line. Was very disappointed with Carnival this time around.

Staff was friendly for the most part. I have a low rating in this because the Customer Service counter was absolutely ridiculous!! We were waiting in line and staff would walk away leaving only one person at the counter. We would wait an hour or more. It was very hot in this area and also became very congested. For being a new ship and a bigger ship you would think the Customer Service desk would be bigger and in a better location

Gave a low review on this because of the Customer Service Area. It was not in a good place and became very congested. They only have 3 sail and sign Kiosk on the ship and when people went to use them they all said they were out of money.

There are atleast 6 or 7 stations at guest services... and during the day they always had 4 or 5 reps, pardon them if one steps away from answering questions for lunch/ break....ss kiosks are just that, not ATM's learn the difference and save yourself time🤷‍♀️

Wow , there were 4 people there the whole week I was on. There were even 2 people at 3:00 in the morning
