unable to cancel the Bolt tickets if you booked for your family members from another cabin. app was created with a problem. should go to customer service to spend hours in the line.

our waiters had unhappy faces all the time. photographer was rude. customer service reps didn't know how to use carnival HUB, didn't have a connection to other departments. I wasted a lot of time to solve simple issues.
