Review summary

Very nice ship with very small elevators. Food was very good other than Lido. Festivale was the far better choice and, of course, Guy's burgers as always is good. Cabins were very clean and other than the leaking A/C were fine.

Mostly very smooth but didn't receive my wife's luggage until after 8pm the first night even though both our luggage were right next to each other.

A/C leaked over top of our bed and reported to Guest Relations twice and were promised ship maintenance would fix it and they never showed up so we just gave up and slept the opposite way. Also, a crew member struck my wife in the foot and when we confronted him he told us we should have been paying attention and moved.

Again, went to guest services to ensure my wife had a wheelchair for disembarkation and when we arrived we were told by security we were told that we were given the wrong information and had to go somewhere else... instead just walked my wife out... very disappointing...

Appreciate your feedback. If you are comparing the Festival (retired ship) to this big ship, the differences are too many. Sorry you had so many issues and therefore didn’t enjoy your cruise.
