Review summary

We just debarked this morning from a 7 day cruise on the Celebration. I purchased 3 cabins, 2 in family harbor and 1 with a balcony. There were a total of 6 adults and 6 children. We also convince another family of 3 to join us, which booked a cabin in family harbor. A total of 15 people. I've cruised numerous times with other lines but wanted to start mixing it up and was excited to try Carnival. We go twice a year as a family & I go with a friend once or twice a year. After spending over $10,000 on cabins alone, I also spend thousands on drink packages, etc. Then thousands while on the boat. Needless to say, we are all very disappointed. I had 1 of my little ones head spit on from a balcony while in 820, TWICE. I had my other little shoved into a wall by older teens. My 10 year old made fun of my adults. A GLASS thrown off a balcony that landed between my 3 kids, shattering. I had 1 of my 7 year Olds get stuck in a slide, NO employee notice, while 5 adults frantically looked for him ONLY to be told "What do you want us to do about it" when we asked for help. NOT once did the THREE employees at the bottom of the slides bothered to help!! WE KNEW he went up but had not came down. 15 minutes later, he managed to wiggle his way down, bawling, scared all while your employees did nothing but get hateful! Teen boys using their hands in the Market place, picking food up, popping it into their mouths, grabbing more, until they had their fill. Mind you, we were standing in line waiting while they did this. This is when their was any variety of food. There wasn't much kid friendly food included. It was usually picked through with very little left. I had very rude people see us standing, waiting on elevators, step right in front of us numerous times. In the very long waits for an elevator. Not once or twice but every time we had to wait for along time for an elevator. While strolling on the top deck around 1 or 2am due to insomnia, a couple were having sex on the chairs! Out in the open! I truly feel like the cruise was over sold

I wish I could rate this a zero. The ONLY positive for this trip was our waiter in the main dining, the guy that works in the food area of Family Harbor

Onboard Activities

We tried the pools that were over crowded and the slides that my 7 year old grandson got stuck in!

The kids were ok with Camp Ocean but the 10 year olds were bored and disliked it.

Service and Staff

The waiter in main dining was great, the food person in Family Harbor was great & the barista in 820 was nice.

Ship Quality

Every common hall had dirty dishes and food left everywhere including the elevator!

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin size wasn't bad and the beds were comfortable however the bathroom and shower were very tiny!
