Overall the ship is beautiful. There is definitely room for improvement however, starting with the food. You pay so much to have to pay extra to eat decent food. I am going back to norwegian.lol

The food in the buffet was a huge let down. As was most of the food on board. The only excellent food was the food served in the specialty restaurants. The deli, street eats, and burger joint were good. Pizza was ok. The issue is the places close way to early leaving u with pizza or sandwiches. I cruised Norwegian 2 times before and the food was amazing.
Onboard Activities

There is definitely a lot to do on board. Never a reason to be bored as far as activities are concerned....Shows are a different story.

I am only giving it a 3 because there is barely any good shows. The comedians are hilarious and the circus show was good...if I could have seen all of it I am sure it was great. The seats are awful. The ONLY ppl who can clearly see are the reserved seats which I am sure u have to pay for. Why have a "free" show where almost no one can see.🙄

Absolutely amazing. My daughter begged me constantly to go back to the kids club. She is 7 and has ADHD. The fact that she did so well meant the world to me. They handled her great

Ok...So the kids club staff was great. The room steward was a really nice guy. The activity director was amazing. With that being said alot of staff had a super stank attitude. Like...I could tell they weren't happy. I don't blame them...there is more to it I'm sure.

Very confusing layout. It is so hard to explain...lol . But on the plus side I got my steps in from the dead ends I kept hitting and had to go back. Very clean ship.
Cabin / Stateroom

Over all the cabin was fine. It was clean and served its purpose. The balcony was a decent size. That bathroom.....smallest bathroom I have ever seen. It was so hard to use

Honestly....to each their own but for me I won't be sailing carnival again. I gave it a shot and wasn't a fan. It was fine fory daughter and son..they had a great time.y husband and I made the best of it and seized each day. I love cruising... Carnival just isn't for me.

...I will be skipping itineraries with St Thomas in the future. We went to Megan's bay. The beach itself was beautiful . The food....yea 15 bucks for 2 slice of white bread,an egg and slice of cheese??? 7 for a bagel and a packet of cream cheese....🙄 . I get things are expensive but damn talk about taking advantage. And the staff was nasty. The only good part was the beach water. And the pirate museum by the port.y daughter is obsessed with pirates so she was in her glory.
I love Puerto Rico. It was our second time here. We took a cab to la concha. It was were we stayed before and wanted to take a walk down memory lane. Went walking through old San Juan to shop and eat. Beautiful as always.
It docked at around 6am. An announcement came at a little after 7 am saying we could start leaving. Thank God we didn't leave the room that fast because 20 min later they announced to not go down to the gangway. Finally at around 830 we started heading down. Made it to the scan station to face scan and it didn't work. I had my passport in my hand....He sent me to a long line for ppl with birth certificates. So confusing. The security guy asked me why I waited in that line and I explained.he shook his head, checked my passport and apologized. 🤨. Was so frustrated.
I always find it odd that anyone can complain about a cruise or any vacation. People can have preferences and choose to stick with what they know and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that.
We love Carnival, haven’t been on any other cruise lines, but we always enjoy every minute, it goes by so fast. I appreciate not being home cooking and cleaning.
