Review summary

Would never cruise on this ship again overcrowded and very poorly setup for morning and noon meals can’t get a lounge chair nor a spot in the pool

The shows were good but as example they repeated the same show on main stage 3 nights of the week so very limited new entertainment

I agree with your review. Only we're used to the once a day service, but the once a day was very lacking. It seemed to me the ship was full of tiny places and lots of big restaurants. The outdoor spaces; lido, pools, sports square, and promenade were all smaller and lacking. We cruise to be outdoors by the sea. If gambling and eating are your thing, I can see the appeal of this ship.

Can someone explain why the room needs cleaning more than once a day? Do people come back and mess up the room that badly after the cleaning? I will come back take a nap then fix the covers mysel and move on. I dont understand that

We sailed Mardi Gras, at maximum capacity and had to pack our patients. Knowing that we had no problems. Will cruise Celebration next March can't wait. Sailing Panorama on Saturday the 24th.

Can’t believe you were unhappy with this ship. Many of your shipmates disagreed. Perhaps a change to a smaller ship may be the best suggestion I can give you.

You could ask for a printed menu at anytime. My elderly parents were given one at each meal. Sorry, you did not enjoy. I’ll be on the Celebration in December and see how similar it is to Mardi Gras. Absolutely loved the Mardi Gras.

It was a great Ship. Our Cruise was fully booked and had none of these problems. Sounds strange.

Sorry this cruise didn’t meet your expectations. It seems most lines are only servicing cabins once per day and asking passengers to use phones for menus. We aren’t thrilled with this, but are adapting. Appreciate your feedback.

I’ve seen many complaints that the newest ships from Carnival and Norwegian cruise lines feel cramped and crowded. It seems like they may have tried to add too many venues, rather than allowing plenty of open space. Hopefully they will correct those issues on the next new ships.

excellent cruise, ship was beautiful & huge, great selection of food, everything went smooth
