Review summary

It was ok , food was good, staff was not friendly, service was not good . Guest services were letting blue and red card holders stay on the platinum and Diamond line/ section. My Dr Seuss breakfast reservation was scheduled for the wrong date and we got up early and went on a Quest trying to find out where the restaurant was and when we found it, it was closed so we went back to guest services where no one knew anything , after some calling around and asking they were able to inform us that it was booked on the wrong day by them. Not I! I had gone to the services in the beginning of the week to book the Dr Seuss breakfast and at that time I was given a date and time on a piece of paper by them , which turned out to be the wrong date and the wrong restaurant and the wrong everything. I'm a woman in my 50s and I needed a fan but there were no fans available and that request was on the first day of the cruise, evidently they were all snatched up before 2:00 p.m.

Lido deck buffet was great ,we opted to dine there 6 nights out of 7 because our 1st night dining experience wasn't pleasant, took too long and mostly all staff that we encountered seemed unfriendly. The staff at cutting station , omelette station and food line , all were with unhappy faces and just not welcoming at all. LOVED DR SEUSS BREAKFAST!! WE WILL DEFINITELY DO THAT ONE AGAIN!!

Dance and musical was great, comedian Valarie was good the other 2 comedians not do good we walked out on comedian Washington. The night club if that's what you want to call it, it is very small you may fit less than 10 ppl comfortably in there. I don't understand why such a big ship has such a small area for their cruisers to go hang out and dance and enjoy themselves.

Only 1 server on the smoking side of casino & he never came to our section, I literally had to go up to the bar for all of my drinks . The bartender's at casino and every bar that I went to on this ", celebration ship" were very unfriendly and unreceptive none of them smiled none of them look like they wanted to be there & were very rude and abrupt!!

Night club too small, not enough store choices for shopping & no more 10.00 watch & misc sales was a bummer. The common area was kept clean

All was good and our steward Robert was GREAT!

Ship tip

Prepare yourself to wait a long time for your dinner at the main dining room and also for all the unsmiling and unfriendly faces of most staff members and bar service staff at the bars deck 8 inside & outside, casino and lido deck none were happy campers!
