I payed for a cabin with an extra large balcony upfront so we could use it to relax on. A waste of money! The balcony was huge at 9’ x 17’. They gave us two chairs and a small table for our balcony. I called guest services to request loungers and was told no “it’s a safety issue”. I’m having a hard time with this since the cabana balconies are smaller yet has a lounger, a swing seat, a chair, and a table. Disappointed in Carnival

You had already cruised on Mardi Gras. Nothing should have been such a mystery for You. And now that so much info is on the internet, I am confused when people are so surprised. Hope you next Cruises are better.

Sorry about the hiccups. Depending on the exact location at the bow of the ship, it could be the “wind” that makes it “ unsafe”. Appreciate your feedback.
