Review summary
Was poorly managed been on breeze before twice this being the third. Cruise Director did a poor job. I was here in may and had a blast. Crew was rude and laughed at you when u asked a question. Dishes were nasty. And security did not do its job controlling unruly kids. Did not watch serenity kids everywhere. I paid for spa suite to have excess to serenity. To not have to be around kids. They were in hot tub having sec security was at the end watching the movie. It will be a while before I book on breeze again.Embarkation
