Review summary

We love Carnival and will always use you for our cruises. The issues described above will not deter us. We will probably think twice about sailing on Breeze solely because of onboard texting experience but count on us for future cruises.

Suggestion - if possible, move comedy shows (family and adult) to Ovation. Many of the passengers were turned away or left with standing room only due to small venue

Common areas were clean and well maintained but Breeze seems a bit "tired" compared to your other ships.

Choose another ship if you have a big group (we had 8). Intranet was pathetic as almost 90% of our texts never went through as our chat app could not connect.app

We took an open top bus tour of the city. We were assured the best deals were at a mall they took us to. We spent $200 at the local pharmacy and, after using a credit card for the purchase, we realized they added $60 (30%) to my card. I accept an add on fee for card purchases but 30%?

Glad you guys had a great cruise! Chat via the hub app seems to be spotty in general. Even on Jubilee the chat via hub was slow. We switched to WhatsApp while on the ship and all worked well.
