too crowded understaffed in casino couldnt get drinks, my bubbles was useless unless in ding room, couldnt get drinks in casino or on deck

I believe that you typed the wrong ship as I understand Jubilee is not in the United States yet. I could be wrong but that is my understanding from Carnival
