The staff were great EXCEPT waiters in the MDR. They seemed annoyed with their jobs and were very accommodating. Service was so very slow. I went several times, during different times of the day and night. They were the same.

Bring straws, a reusable cup, a fan, popcorn and chips for the salsa bar
If you had a passport like my family disembarkation was literally a BREEZE. The certificate line however was so long that they had to delay people getting off the ship to catch up at customs
