Me and my husband had a wonderful time just a few occasions that were upsetting (dealing with the customer service desk).

The room attendants were amazing, and all the waiters were awesome also the three times we went to guest services or customer service desk they spoke very rudely to us and didn't. resolve anything. Once we went to customer service because I am very allergic to cigarette smoke and was told by one employee that it was the employees smoking area above us so it was going into our room and the guest relations person was rude and basically calling us liars that no one told us that and then was more interested in who the employees was who told us that so she could get him into trouble. Nothing was done about the smoke I just had to live with it that week. Then on another occasion we went to ask about our refund for the excursion that was cancelled, and they girl didn't even look up but rudely said the hours of the excursion desk. We were like is that ship times and she said " EVERYTHING IS SHIP TIME< YOU ARE ON A SHIP" I can't remember the last occurrence we had to deal with the customer service but no satisfaction then either. The other staff was all excellent though

Terrible, everyone was just pushing and shoving and no organization. There was a fight right in front of us because we were trying to get off the elevator and the people wouldn't let us so two women got into a heated argument

Guess I have been lucky at the service desk, most of the time. Last year on the Panorama a gentleman by the name of Reason Chatyoka (I think that is the spelling) saved our cruise. On Holland a young lady whose name I did not keep was probably tired of seeing me but for two weeks she solved many issues for me, including one where I got a bit upset at the counter. Have had a few jerks over the years, but I came back when they were gone and things were better.
