We also had a problem with the Pixel onboard photo services - we purchased a digital package of 12 photos and only received 2 digital pics. We have tried to reach out to Carnival for resolution and would appreciate assistance from too.

Again, the CheapCruise representative did not paint an accurate picture of kids programs - the reality was Carnival did not offer childrens program for kids under 5 years. As a result, we were not able to enjoy many of the onboard activities
