We also had a problem with the Pixel onboard photo services - we purchased a digital package of 12 photos and only received 2 digital pics. We have tried to reach out to Carnival for resolution and would appreciate assistance from too.

Again, the CheapCruise representative did not paint an accurate picture of kids programs - the reality was Carnival did not offer childrens program for kids under 5 years. As a result, we were not able to enjoy many of the onboard activities

We bought a package on the Freedom in March and picked out the printed pics each day and had them hold them for us until the last night when we had to decide on the best ones! We ended up buying many more than we’re included in the package lol.

There is no pixels package of 12. And on the Breeze it isn't digital pix you select the 8x10s that you want either order them or select from what's printed. If you order them on the app it let's you know as you add to cart how many you have remaining. I just got mine the the cruise that ended when yours started. They called us to remind us the last night but in the past is been up to me, no call to remind I haven't selected what i paid for
