My Stateroom Attendant name is, PURMADI and he was excellent!! He did not just ask my wife and how we were doing everyday, he also went above and beyond and offered very important information to my wife and I each day. This was our first cruise ever and his added detail about locations and events and tips on what to do, and how to do certain things, came in extremely helpful every single time. His great face to face, customer service is part of the reason that my wife and I, will be back on the Carnival Breeze in 3 weeks!
