Overall the cruise was great for a getaway. It wasn’t over crowded and lots of space. Everyone was friendly (except Limelight Lady).

Food and Dining

The buffet could use different variety in the different sections. MDR was nice. The Italian restaurant was a horrible experience due to many new workers learning. 45 minutes and still didn’t get appetizers. Pizza could use more pepperoni.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
Pools, hot tubs, sauna, trivia and such. People (and I) were complaining that took some of the more fun activities away… cornhole, casino, and other tournaments.
Entertainment

All the shows were great and entertaining.

Except the lady at the limelight lounge. MANY people were complaining about how rude she was to everyone. She practically yelled at an elderly Lady who dropped her mask while trying to put it on in a wheelchair. NO tact with that individual. It got to the point where people stop going to the comedy shows by the end of the cruise because of her.

Except a lot of people did not know about the smoke free casino on the lower floor. I think we’ve been better if it was on the same floor as the normal casino. Lots and lots of people did not even know it was there.
I totally agree with your review. Just got off yesterday. Food not really good anywhere. The little drill sarg. Won’t be there long. Didn’t do any shows, seen them all, and same with the bands. We did too many cruises too close together. I canceled my May cruise for that reason and forfeited my deposit. Time to find another form of entertainment…
Ha! I think I know about which lounge host you're talking about. She alternates between drill sergeant and deadpan humor. Not the usual for a carnival crew member
