I'd not take this ship and itinerary again. There's little to recommend that I would make me want to come back with Carnival.
Embarkation

One of the fastest ever. It was a breeze (Pun intended)!
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
2 out of 5
The only ship that we've ever cruised on (in over a dozen cruises) that we had to return both our dishes in the Sapphire Dining Room. Poor texture and flavor for many dishes and the Lido turned out to be actually better than the dining room, however, even there, we were astonished to see what passed as edible and presentable.
Onboard Activities

Entertainment
3 out of 5
I found the stage shows OK but many of the singers were pitchy. I really hated when they thought that flashing laser lights into the audience eyes was OK during the show. It was blinding and distracting, and should not be allowed.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
The service people were uniformly very good to great. Very friendly and accommodating.
Ship Quality

The layout was confusing and many of the decks did not go through from end-to-end. The Ocean Plaza, where trivia and dancing were held was very unfortunately located behind the Casino where it stank from the cigarette smoking.
The exterior was reasonably clean but the upper decks were in need of maintenance.
Poor timing: Day 1 we were in port after the shops closed, leaving only restaurants and bars to visit. Day 2 we were too far from St. George to both take the infrequent ferry from our dock to be able to get back to the ship before it left Bermuda.
Terrible planning cut short our tour of this island.
If you don't snorkel, there is very little to do other than drink at Margaritaville and lay in the sand along with hundreds of other people.. The Island itself is very uninteresting to tour.
Sorry you didn’t enjoy Grand Turk. We have been many times and never a bad time. If you didn’t like so many on the beach, there is other places to see. Yes the island is in a little ruff condition after being struck by many hurricanes, it needs some TLC. To us it’s a little piece of paradise, so looking forward to returning in October.
Going on the Breeze for the first time next year. All these very mixed reviews and opinions, I have no idea what to expect. I am however looking forward to my cruise on the Breeze.
I was on this same cruise and totally agree with what Tantien3 said. We have cruise 24 times, on all different cruise lines. We have tried Carnival 4 times (due to price, itinerary) but we just like other lines better. That is just us. Everyone finds the line they like best. Carnival is not ours. There was nothing terrible---just not our taste.
It always amazes me when read bunch of good reviews for same ship same itinerary but than come across one who could not be satisfied with ANYTHING AT ALL. I will be on the breeze in 22 hours and cannot wait. Food might not be 100% good at all times but i always find something. Ship is not that difficult to navigate especially if you have their app. You can see where you are and navigate.
Planning is everything, you knew when ship will dock and you should arrange activities accordingly. I hope by monday power is back on and we will have something to plan otherwise we will have to just swing it. Anything beats work
