It was a wonderful cruise just very disappointed into the staff. Which by the way the carnival breeze is supposed to be the number #1 cruise out of carnivals fleet. We do not think we will go back on this ship. However we are looking forward to cruise on the vista and the dream.

Main dining was great, buffet was awful never eat there except guys burger which is always amazing as well as the deli, guys bbq's was very cold for being only open for 17 minutes..

Awful!! The buffet was a huge disappointment for breakfast and lunch. I got the French toast and had to use a knife to cut. Bacon was burnt so bad it was like a chip, during lunch everything looked very unappealing. I do however love the deli it has always been my favorite place to eat during the day

Love those burgers but was disappointed in the bbq. We got there at 12:17 and was served very cold food the brisket had no flavor and very dry, the sausage was cold as well but was flavorful and had a great kick in spice! Potato salad was amazing loved the chunks of potato

We loved schwartz and kimbo she would definitely make a tremendous cruise director. Theatre playlist was amazing! Loved the lip sync battle but was disappointed that the staff turned it into them and not the competitors

Staff in the fun shops and pixels were not helpful at all and very rude until we spent hundreds of dollars ( a invicta watch, tanzanite ring, a pair of ray-bans, pandora charms, and several shirts and not to mention we bought a picture package and a $500 dream studio ) and then got the stink eye as if we were stealing before hand. Also a woman in the perfume area 2 of us and another group were asking questions about her job and she was very hateful on her replies. Fun squad and servers were excellent. Our room steward was alright but we had to put effort into making sure our trash was taken care of daily. Also a individual from the fun squad during a event Chelsea told us if we did not like it to get the f**k out we were very shocked and in disbelief. We also heard many complaints about her and her mouth to guests.

For being an updated ship it felt very outdated and to much space was not used properly. The lido and buffet area flooring seemed to be very slick even when dry although staff did make sure it was dry as much as they could we heard they mixed up different soaps so that may have made a difference...

We chose deck 1 oceanview deluxe and loved the window seat and extra half bath!
Ship tip
Be sure not to get hyped like it is the #1 ship which it is supposed to be.
We had no plans but went out of port to the local shops and over to royal Caribbeans port for margaritaville and back over to Ron Jon's and fat Tuesday's. Cozumel is my favorite port of call
I totally agree the breeze definitely lacked in the quality of the staff! If valor would offer 7 day cruises they would have me in a heart beat! From what I've heard freedom is truly amazing!
Definitely let Carnival know when they send you a review email. They do read those!! I would have said something about that fun squad person immediately. That is not ok. The floors are very slippery! I do not know why Carnival did that. We have been on other ships and not had that problem with their floors. I have found some food is lacking in seasoning (taste), but I assume that is for many who cannot handle spice, etc. I have found that I like certain dishes and go/look for them.
Staff was just a huge disappointment and food was no where close to where it's been in past cruises Schwartz and kimbo are amazing if I could put them on my next cruise I definitely would!
