3 hour delay for electrical difficulties. Started to get worried that the whole thing would be canceled. Once we took off, all was good. I really wish we didn't have to flip-flop our itinerary. It would have been nice to end in Roatan, as that was my favorite experience and I knew it would be when I booked the cruise.

pool was way too small, always full of kids. Adult area was small, so always packed too.

amazing service from just about everyone we encountered. I'll copy and paste some reviews for the ones we liked best: Guillermo was the best bartender/person/friend on the ship. He is absolutely amazing. He would see us way far away from the bar on the Lido deck, and still ask us if we needed anything. We said we would love a drink, and he went all they way there to get it. Even when the bar was closed for a short period of time, he went to another bar to make our drinks and bring them back to us. Guillermo deserves a raise and some time home with his family! Bojan, Bojan, Bojan. This guy was perfect. We sat in his section on one of the first nights of the cruise and felt like we immediately made a friend. His skills as a server are impeccable. He made great suggestions, knew so much about each menu, and if we even expressed a little interest in a certain item, he would bring it to us. I may have gained about 5 pounds because of him, but hey, those calories don't count, right? Bojan had our bellies full, and had us laughing the whole time. He is a great person. It was very nice to learn about him as well as his home country. We liked him so much that we requested to sit in his section every time we went to eat at Sapphire. Give that man a raise and a promotion! Volha was an incredible server. She was genuinely nice, and not just trying to get through the day. She was amazing as a server, but you can tell that she is just a great person. We were happy to hear that she was on her way home to Belarus the next day! A very well deserved break to see family. Lauren from St. Lucia was incredible as well. She was brand new to the ship, had only started to work there for a couple of days, and she nailed it. She is a natural. She spoke with us in the beginning of the cruise, told us about herself, helped us with what we needed, and we wished her well with her work experience. Over the next few days we tried to mess with her a bit to see if she could remember all of our names. SHE DID! She remembered all four of our names and it was a pleasure to be around her. She will be a great asset to Carnival, and I hope she moves up in rank quickly. She is a great person!
