Our room steward Hery did a fantastic job and was very attentive. Outstanding! Our dining room waiter, Rene" was outstanding. He made sure we were very satisfied with our experience. The service we received from all of the ships personnel was just outstanding.

Everything was well done. the only thing that would have made it even better is if there were electrical outlets at the head of the bed to accommodate a CPAP machine. the ship provided us with extension cords so we worked it out ok.

Take an extension cord if you need electrical outlets at the head of the bed.

We did an excursion tot he Mayan ruins and enjoyed it very much

We did an island tour and a mangrove tunnel tour. The island is beautiful. The road needed much repair after over 200 inches of rain and the vehicle we traveled in was older and sort of run down but we still enjoyed the tour.
