Review summary

Carnival should tell its customers that the internet service is abysmal and unacceptable in the year 2018. Charging people for it is an insult. We purchased the drink package but there seemed to be a lot of exceptions and loopholes. We wouldn't do that again.

We could have used some information. Had to ask other passengers about getting a room key.

The main dining room was beautiful, the waiters friendly and efficient, but the food wasn't very good. If I wanted an after-dinner espresso I had to buy it even though I had the drink package. We stopped going after four nights.

Natta, our stateroom attendant was great as was our dining room waiters, Erik Ryan and Ivo. Lee Mason, cruise director, is the best.

Don't board early! It is chaos and confusion, suitcases and crowds. Many more people than there are places to sit.

We’ve had great luck with the drink package. But we tip as we go’ we don’t do the Dailey gratuity thing . Cost more but it’s our preference

We were on the Breeze last November. We had no problems with Cheers. We got coffee for free on it. Carnival's site lists what you get and what isn't covered. We'll do Cheers again.

Really? We were on the Breeze September 2017 & were surprised how well the wifi worked. Drink package has been ruined by people sharing or challenging the daily limit-servers just aren’t motivated to serve, we had cash in hand for “extra” tipping...
