Review summary

Overall, it was a good trip. Very disappointed in the lack of compensation for missing Cozumel. We could have done a 5 day cruise, spent less money and my husband wouldn’t have been seasick.

Cozumel, Mexico Did not visit port

Because of Hurricane Nate. Super disappointed and upset that we didn’t make this port or another one while on our journey.

They refund port fees only! They DONT compensate for missed ports! Read the contract!

I am not sure who you spoke with, but they most definitely will reimburse you for missing Cozumel.

It is not unusual to skip ports in bad weather/rough seas... part of cruising... that dang o’l Mother Nature.
