Review summary

Negatives:

1. Food is BAD.....comparable to Chili's quality

2. Bars are not consistent on the cocktails. Some bars make some drinks very different from other bars.

3. Swimming pools are gross. Lots of people drinking and never leaving the pool....ew

4. Many crew members do not seem happy

5. Itinerary should delete Jamaica, you are repeatedly warned by crew about the dangers, so why are we going there?

6. Did I mention the food was bad? Lost 2 lbs because I couldn't find decent food to eat!

7. Dancers were embarrassing bad. All but one cast member (young African American man), appear to have never taken a dance class. Don't know how they got those jobs.

Positives:

1. Cruise director is really great, lots of energy and cute personality

2. Cabin steward was VERY good, excellent service

3. Tendering was very easy in Cayman w little to no wait

4. Casino was fun, and slots paid back so you could play for a long time on little money

5. Serenity area is very nice and inviting

The food was great! Just got off the Breeze yesterday, and we enjoyed the dining room, the steakhouse, the Italian restaurant daily for the free lunch, the burrito bar, guys burgers, the Indian food, etc. The buffet is just that...a buffet, but we still found a lot to enjoy and the salad bar was good and healthy. There was always plenty of good food to eat. The bar food in Red Frog Pub was good.

Calling someone a "Troll is not polite or respectful and I believe this is not the first time you have called somebody a "Troll" here.

@gamer1 hope you're talking about me since you obviously don't know how to spell my name or have correct grammar. maybe the games are getting to your head. BUT I do know what a troll is, and I know you just don't go out and call somebody one. obviously my mom raised me right cause I would NEVER go and call somebody that I didn't know a troll just because we didn't have the same opinion over food.

@Pinkie60 You need to chill, it was their opinion and that doesn't mean you can just call them a troll. You also can't call them a liar, some people are just very picky and don't like the food. So how about you do something better with your day then trying to call people out but actually just made yourself look bad

Was in the Breeze in January and it was awesome! Food was plentiful with plenty of variety. Lived ur and can't wait to go back. Btw if you were aware that people spent all day at the pool, that only confirms that you were there also smh

2 yrs ago I was cruising on the Triumph and the Breeze docked right next to us in Cozumel. I have to say I was more then jealous that I wasn't 1 of the lucky cruisers on The Breeze. The outside of the Breeze alone was so much more to be desired. Well, I ended up going to the beach with a group of cruisers from the Breeze and they only had good things to say. I decided that day that my next cruise would be on the Breeze and lucky me it's now sailing from Galveston. My daughter 17yr and I will be sailing out on Aug 14th and I couldn't be more excited!!!

No vacation will ever be 100% perfect. It's something you accept and just go on and have fun. My biggest complaint is the darn cruise is not long enough. I love cruising and everything that goes with it.

That person sounds like a negative person overall. First time on the Breeze this coming October but been on Conquest, Dream, Freedom, Magic, several times in October which is my birthday month and have no complaints to amount to anything. My wife likes the excursions but I love the ships so much I would be perfectly happy just sailing around in circles in Galveston bay for seven days

Food was great! What was wrong with bar drinks being a little different? Next time I recommend going to the bar you went to last time. Jamaica is fun if you find the right things to do. The pools were crowded, but that's how it is on all ships. Crew members were all happy and excited when I went. Sorry that your experience was bad, hope its better next time, don't give up on carnival!

This will be my third time on the Breeze I don't what they are taking about the Breeze is a very nice shiip and I have been on 22 cruises and the Breeze have been the best will back her July 17 in 23 days YAY

The Breeze has some of the widest variety of food options available at little or no charge, I find it a bit surprising that you couldn't find something to eat. But everyone's different. On my Breeze cruise the food was plentiful and good.

Peeing in the pool? Say it isn't so. Oh the horrow. You'll pick up more germs leaning against a stairway railing then you will in a chlorinated pool.

I can not imagine going on a cruise and having so many negative comments. We are going on The Breeze in December and have heard nothing but awesome things about the ship. Cruising is my favorite way to go on vacation. I don't look for all the petty little things. But that's my opinion!!

I always lose weight when I go on cruises... but I eat whatever I want & the weight seems to fall off... sorry to hear about your negative experiences & thx for the positive ones hopefully your next vacation will be better 😊

If you really lost 2 lbs in a week or less, you probably have a rather serious medical issue or dehydration. Call your physician and get a check up.

I think the gross pool comment was meant to assume that maybe those constantly drinking and never leaving might also be relieving their bladders in the pool and yes the though is a little gross. My biggest thing is if you were at the pools all day to know these drinkers never left then that explains why you were unable to find yourself some descent food.

Some people look for the positive in whatever comes their way, others look for the negative. I still can't get pass the swimming pool complaint. Did you expect no one to use the pool or, god forbid, drink on their vacation? Pretty naive of you IMO.

Only food on there that didn't appeal to me was Grease (Guy's) burger. Sushi? Tandoori? Mongolian Wok? All the other places people mentioned... And Jamaica is just plain amazing. You just may be a complainer!

I agree the the shows were way off from our other cruises but nothing decent to eat on the whole ship, lost weight....seriously? Out of all the places to choose from, nothing decent? You are way to finicky. I'd hate to have to feed you at home. 🙄
