Review summary

For this to be next to the newest ship Carnival has, very disappointed of the inside looks, the food in the main dining room was not adequate, selections were very limited and the flat iron steak so tuff no one could eat it. Requested fresh made bearnaise sauce and didn't get it. Got this pre made stuff. We paid and ate in the Farinheit 555 2 nights to get a good meal. This is known as a test ship and they had cut back on No Table Cloths except for dress up nights, not as much one on one service. The Sunshine was a whole lot better ship.I have been on over 12 cruises with, Carnival, Norweigan, Princess, Celebrity and Royal Carribbean and this ship rates pretty low.Will not go back on this ship..Loved the ports it went to though.

When i went on the Breeze when it first came out, i loved it. We are going again April 17, 2016. I did not like the scheduling of the shows on Sunshine. I liked that ship when it was the Destiny.

A forum such as this one is for reviews and everyone is entitled to their opinion. There is no need for rudeness against each other! These is the FUN ships and I am sure Carnival doesn't appreciate the pubescent behavior on here from us us, myself included. There are better ways to get your opinion across without name calling and offending others with our own views on the most recent changes made.

They do look kinda hip and trendy without the tablecloths (I hear they resurfaced all the tables for this change) and it make the room look more formal when they use them on elegant nights

Life is too short for you all to be speaking to each other like this! So many more serious things to be upset about, and one is not a tablecloth. Come on, aren't we all lucky to even GO on a cruise? To have the freedom to choose? Everyone is entitled to state their opinion, and that's what this forum is for. Jeez.

Hey Clown, I do have one on my table at home. Second because I paid for it. Third it's the fact that it's someones opinion and if they feel they paid for it and it was there in the past then it's still there opinion. Why is it that no one is entitled to there own opinion. I get it table clothes don't matter but maybe to her or him a clean table cloth means it's a clean setting. You never know what on the table if all they did was wiped it with a rag. But hey I think this will be my last trip with carnival not over table cloths because of the trailer trash it attracts.

There's always one person who attacks every comment made because they have nothing better to do with their time. Carnival is filled with people who think their opinion overrides everyone else's. When people are rude, it says more about them than it does about ourselves.

I found this to be a VERY fair review of one persons experience and how THEY felt. That is what reviews are about. You can take from it or ignore it. AND DAWN200239...stop being so attacking! Your attitude may be equal to those on CruiseCritic forums but are NOT welcome here!!! And by the way..." You dont pay for anyone to launder anything for you.". Then who do you think washes your sheets, pillow cases and comforters on the bed?

I know all this stuff. It still drives me bonkers they have it priced sky-high when it comes to Galveston because "it's a new ship". It's a newer ship with the same amenities as the one it replaces

I know I was pissed too all i wanted ro do was get some food. But cut backs start some where. I would know 21 years in the military. Starts with simple stuff like this. It will all work itself out in the wash ( pun intended) you either feel you get what you pay for or move on. Myself I bought into Disney club to start with another cruise line as well. But loved the carnival magic. But there were still people complaining. We will see

Was on the magic in april 2015 and food was great and tables were covered every night. Things could have changed but if this is so then my 2017 cruise will be my last. That's for sure.

It's a tablecloth people! Who cares! Frankly I think it's a smart idea because they don't have to launder them every night! This saves water, detergent, labor hours, and energy! Duh!

Real bummer on the tablecloth cutbacks. That is what made the dining experience! Then they take away lobsters unless it's a 7 day or more cruise. And NO MORE CHOCOLATES on your pillows!🛳✂️🍽✂️🍫 😂😂😂

Been on the Breeze twice, I have always had the best service,I have nothing to complain about 😎Great ship! The menu is pretty much the same on all carnival ships, maybe you should have tried room service.

All Carnival ships only use table cloths on elegant night now. The Breeze was a great ship with great food when we was on it!
