Review summary

A cocktail waitress in the casino complimented my mothers necklace then proceeded to beg her for it. Often times all the food courts were closed. Never did they have more than one section open at a time, causing incredibly long lines all day.

We did one excursion that promised 2 extra hours in Playa Del Carmen, when in reality we spent 1.5 hrs in the touristy area outside the Tulum Mayan Ruins. But hey at least we had .5 hrs in Playa, right?

We had very short days ashore as we were on ship time and not local time. Was not happy to be leaving Jamaica at 3pm etc.

Getting on the ship initially from Miami was a horrible experience I wouldn't wish the experience on anyone starting their vacation.

The rooms were nice, the staff friendly enough. Overall I just felt extremely rushed, and underwhelmed. Ive had far better experiences with other cruise lines.

Do not let the ladies giving messages at Aqua Sol (closest beach to the terminal) rub you down with supposed "lemon grass" that is actually baby oil.

yes, they do, but there are other food venues open, like pizza, the deli, room service, guy's burgers, etc.

I can't wait ! This will be my 5th cruise! Carnival is way far the best ever and will never sail another cruise line. Can't wait to be on the Breeze in March :)

I think Matt does a great job as Cruise Director too bad he will going to the Vista. Vista is on my bucket list when it ports out of mainland .

i an going on my 10th carnival cruise in 3weeks. have been on both sister ships and not a single complaint. in fact have never had a complaint on any of the cruises

Just got off an 8 day on Breeze less than 2 weeks ago. Best ship ever...no complaints! Staff was outstanding, food was delicious, Matt, the cruise director was full of fun and lots of energy....awesome vacation!

this is the first negative review I heard. but to each it's own... we all are entitled to our opinion... you may want to consider a smaller ship next time and pay extra for the fttf.

I'm going on my 4th Breeze cruise in March . I have always had a great time on this ship. Maybe you should get FTTF pass to avoid the long wait in Miami. Strange how their are long lines on cruise ships when they are only trying to feed 3000 guests :)
