This rating is based soley on the pool bar on deck 15 aft. Service was terrible, all the time

The smell of smoke on the ship is terrible. The Palm dining room smelled so strong of old, stale smoke, it was difficult to eat there. Gross. They need to get rid of the carpet and curtains and paint the whole room

Disembarkation

We were told to meet in a certain place to disembark. We were there 10 mnutes early but no one told us that the group was already called because they were ahead of schedule. We had booked a shuttle to airport via the cruise line. Worst shuttle we have EVER taken. We sat for over an hour waiting for the bus to fill up. Everyone on the shuttle should have disembarked at the same time.
