We had a good time. Nice get away. Would do it again.

Embarkation

We were met at the entrance by a porter with a wheelchair for my Mom. We already had our medallions so he took us to the checkin desk for medallions. The man there checked everything and we were walking on to the ship. The porter took us directly to our cabin. It was all very easy and very quick.

The food overall was good, not exceptional. The prime rib the first night was only OK. We didn't eat in any of the specialty restaurants. We enjoyed the buffet for lunch but it's a little chaotic with people wandering everywhere from station to station.

It felt familiar since the design is similar to other Princess ships that we've been on - buffet on deck 15 at the back, sit down restaurant mid ship on 5 & 6, theater at the front. Everything looked clean & well cared for (it should have - it had just come out of dry dock).

Cabin / Stateroom

Really liked the cabin. It was a mini-suite so it was nice to have the couch and the extra space. Greatly enjoyed the balcony.
