Just few comments to help you improving your business worldwide, as people from other countries also want to go for a cruse with Princess: - Your site does not explain clearly how to contact an agent. - I had to ask to a friend living in US find and or talk to Princess to check wether there was an agent In South America. He at the end found out someone in Rio de Janeiro. I the site I opened myself I could not find the list of agents by country, not sure why. - I also did a call to your 0800 in US trying to find out more information, but again I was directed to talk to an agent, even saying that I was not being successful on this. - I know I did a late reservation, but asked the agent to keep looking for a balcony instead of ocean view, but again, no feedback at all from him or from Princess, and not sure my request went thru the Princess system.Embarkation
