Review summary

Good time.  Do not have anything to compare this cruise but I will tell you how we felt about our experience.  Had a balcony room that was very nice, actually it was larger than I expected.  There was plenty of room to hang clothes and drawer space for all the clothes we brought.  Piece of advice pack light, you don't need that much.  Formal night, you will see everything from dressy casual to beads and sequence. It is nice to get dressed up and have your formal picture taken.  The shows were ok.  Nothing special to talk about. The cruise director Paul was outstanding, he should do standup comedy, he was so funny. There was trivia going on all the time, we met some real nice people there.   The food was good but here again nothing that stood out.  Service was very good, there was someone right there to take care of anything you could possible want or need.  The movie under the stars was an enjoyable evening, as was the captain's dinner and champagne toast.  The champagne tower was beautiful and made for some great pictures.  It was a cruise you could do as little as you wanted or as much.  There was something for everyone. We did traditional dinning, next time around I would do anytime dinning, more opportunity to meet other  people.  The ship is older but still very clean and well taken care of.  Embankment took about an hour but our luggage arrived within minutes of finding our cabin.  Leaving the ship we were off within 30 minutes very smooth and organized.  All in all we had a wonderful time.  Would cruise again and with Princess.
