Review summary

My overall impression of the Caribbean Princess was the awe at its massive size. I always felt like there was something new to see and do. The ship and it's facilities were always clean and ready to serve. The food was a constant delight and surprise with new menu items always popping up. The extra attention paid to the little details like serving popcorn to those watching the movie under the stars, down to the decorations for our son's birthday. Very nice touches.

Magen's bay was beautiful. Food there was quaint and friendly. Nice touch with the cocktail waitresses at the beach.Taxis were scary for the kids at times. Driving way to fast and one of them got in an argument with the beach people. We were ordered off a taxi during one of the arguments at the beach!

Really had fun here. Food was pretty far away from the main beach. We never made it over there. Local people were really nice, ladies who braided hair. Liked the little local market setup and the stores were good.

Really liked the snorkel tour with the underwater seadoos. Kids really liked it. Wasn't sure when the taxi was coming back. Some people had waited over an hour. No way to communicate. They made it, though, so all was good. Shopping area was nice.

Pros: The variety & the room balcony!

Cons: The smoking by some of the other passengers--it vents into adjoining rooms
