Review summary
Entertainment average; except for Beatle Maniacs, which was the best show we've seen on a cruise (this is our 14th). Ships dancers and singers below par. Nightclub was good; although DJ didn't want to play requests. Other bands on ship very good; nice suprise. No excursions taken; we've done them already. Princess stopped talking to us when we made a request regarding their spa; big disappointment. Check-In very fast; no problems. Easy-check program an absolute disaster; Princess will print out airline boarding pass and luggage tags for departing flight for $15 each. They mixed up our luggage tags and boarding passes (different flights); after 5 hours spent with customer service, and 5 visit to their C.S. station on 5th deck, couldn't resolve it, so we had a member escort us to our luggage to take back the 'easy check' tags'. Extremely stressful; especially when Princess had to refund money. They tried to connect us via ship phone as 'courtesy call' to our airline; spent an hour on hold. Then Princess charged us $145 for the phone call (which I was able to get credit for; after hours of debate with them). This experience basically brought back most of the stress I had relieved during my cruise; a shame... We like the movies on deck; great idea. Really wanted a rowing machine in their gym.Ship experiences
