I tend to agree with your review, my review ended up at 3.9 which is way too high. Not the traditional P&O I know and love.

All i can say is what a load of shite , we went on first cruise and got engaged on britania . Altho we havnt been on any other cruises as yet but have another booked for next year . We were blown away by the ship found staff to be on form the service was on form every moment was excellent and memorable . We are so really looking forward to our next cruise and would never put that ship not its staff down

Three times on Britannia & my experiences couldn't be further from this! Love the ship. Great value for money. Staff lovely.

Not sure which Brittania you went on we've been on her 6 time and enjoyed every cruise! You must be a very negative person 😴

A nice quick review well done completely different staff 3years late not the best layout but wouldn’t make any difference to my vacation has got a lot of positives b lucky and b ready 🤡🤡

What was wrong with the ship design? I have been on Britannia, Ventura and Ocean and found it to be the best of the three
