Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Didn't use specialty restaurants but the MDR and buffet were super for service and quantity and quality of food tho' the buffet food sometimes lacked in being hot

Windjammer Cafe

5 out of 5

A bit confusing just because it is so big but previously named staff made it easy for me.

Main Dining Room

5 out of 5

Already reviewed it. Joel, and Sinsula great. Also Jose

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5

Pricey but enjoyable to view.

Entertainment

5 out of 5

Pacifica Theatre

5 out of 5

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Calbert (Winjamer ass't supervisor), Mariane (Winjammer Head Waitress) Maria, Lucy, Petronella, and other restaurant attendants were so helpful, friendly and fulfilled my needs before I thought of them. Joel and Sinsuls in MDR could not have been better. Remembered all our desires. Son is Vegan and choice there in MDR not great. My room Steward Made was a delight and excellent.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The Handicapped Washrooms the largest and best laid out I've ever seem All clean as a whistle as was everything else. I thought it was a pretty ship and I had little trouble getting around even with my chair.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Clean and comfortable. Made(pronounced Mah-day) was tremendously thoughtful and efficient. Even with my chair I had no problem getting around in it.

Ship tip

The reviews seem to ignore Brilliance but I loved it.

Ports of call

Vancouver (Canada Place), British Columbia

Cruise Inside Passage, Alaska

5 out of 5
It was our bad luck to have cold wet windy weather the entire trip until the last day so I did not get off at ports. Son and wife got off at Juneau, Haines and Skagway and enjoyed regardless of weather.

Disembarkation

2 out of 5
Extremely slow and thank goodness I had my chair as others stood in line for ages!

Appreciate your detailed and informative review. Sorry the weather kept you on the ship but glad your family was able to check out the ports. Happy you enjoyed cruise and the ship was relatively easy to navigate.
