We were on this cruise also and experienced about the same. The beds were hard. Just not what I have experienced from other Royal cruises. Love Royal just not happy with this cruise ship

What exactly did you go to customer service about? Your review is not clear on that. Unfortunately, you may experience the same issues on other cruise lines as well. Crusing isn't what it use to be before covid.
